He is a lot more mobile than Favre, and by mobile, I mean capable of bipedal movement.

Not to mention, starting Jackson would be a better fit for the type of offense they SHOULD be running, which is 2TE sets and power running.

I really think that under the right system, Jackson could be a 55-60% completion guy, limit the TOs and make plays with his feet. Given a chance, he could be a poor man's David Garrard.

At the moment, Favre is playing like a penniless bum's Jay Cutler. T-Jack might not be an upgrade, but if he played equal to Favre and committed fewer turnovers, the overall gain would be positive when you factor in the additional carries Peterson would be getting.

There has to something in Bretts contract that states that he will start if he is physically able. This whole situation is based around the streak.

Favre clearly hasn't been the answer, so you're saying, play the 41 year old "no answer" as opposed to the 2X year old "no answer"?

Cause, what you're really saying is, Minnesota has no answer.

1- could just be media fodder
          2- you dont really know
3-it may not be a bad idea to get rid of that coach anyway

BTW hearing Leslie Frazier talk about supporting Favre makes me think hes a schill.

Thats the second "guy in waiting" that has "back stabber" written all over him.

HC need to be more cautious with there assistants.
Best reason to have a license.

Or.. Favre's playing like shit and Childress forgot Adrian Peterson existed.

Yeah I like my theory more.

Backstabber...opportunists... Theres been alot of weird friction with assistants in the NFL last few years. NFL is no exception from the rest of the working world. Theres alot of guys that are jockeying for jobs and really have no interest in waiting any longer.
