I really think that under the right system, Jackson could be a 55-60% completion guy, limit the TOs and make plays with his feet. Given a chance, he could be a poor man's David Garrard.
At the moment, Favre is playing like a penniless bum's Jay Cutler. T-Jack might not be an upgrade, but if he played equal to Favre and committed fewer turnovers, the overall gain would be positive when you factor in the additional carries Peterson would be getting.
