This year Mike Vick and Freeman probably bump him out of the 10

geez... he played like shit and you could argue he isn't top 10 worthy. But he did play the #1 defense in the league... Just sayin'

top 10 this year is still good.

top ten life time- he is improving every year and is what ..3-3 in the playoffs and has been an asset since being a rookie....so we shall see

I see. In 2011, we judge/rank players based on one game.

I'm not sure if Flacco is a top ten QB, but if I thought he was, one performance wouldnt change my mind. He wasnt even that bad today.

Vick had a great year, but just lost a playoff game at home.

Freeman failed to get his team to the playoffs (largely due to a loss to the Lions), and won two games largely due to tossing up a hail mary during a critical juncture and getting lucky on the other end.

Flacco led his team to a blowout playoff win (on the road), and narrowly lost a road playoff game to the leagues #1 defense.

I don't know what any of this means, other than the idea of Josh Freeman being a top 10 QB is pretty laughable.

Lucky for Flacco being a top 10 QB isn't that impressive.

Once you get past guys like Manning/Brady/Rodgers/Brees/Vick/Rivers/Big Ben who gives a shit?

I agree, one bad game (playoff or otherwise) and I'm not ready to pull the plug on him. This is only his third season and I can make a case for him being the 10th best QB.

Definitely both Mannings, Brady, Brees, Vick, Rivers, Roethlisberger, Rodgers and Ryan ahead of him. Then you get into some questionable territory with Schaub, Romo, Freeman.... Bradford?

Flacco has won 31 games in 3 years, 4 playoff games (multiple on the road), and has seen his yards, TD's, yards per attempt, and QB rating rise each year he has been in the league.

                        You guys are fickle.

Joe Flacco 4-3 in the playoffs. Matt Ryan ... 0-2
