    Jay Culter: American Hero

Clealy Jay Cutler is the toughest guy on the face of the Earth. He played two series of professional football on a torn MCL. Not only that, to prove the size of his gigantic model banging balls, the pass he threw on his last series was a roll out jump pass.

    He's and emo Hector reborn.

I'd also like to remind people that he is also diabetic.

    In review:

-Cutler played football on a torn MCL. While running and throwing a jump pass.

    -He bangs a model.

-Him leaving the game got Todd Collins in. This act ended Collins career. Cutler is cut throat and ends careers.

-Him leaving also allowed Caleb Hanie in. Not only did Cutler more than like get Hanie a raise it also allowed Hanie to teabag Aaron Rodgers for an entire quarter of football.

Can we just get him a statue outside Solider Field now?

How about adding his face to Mount Rushmore?

How can we nominate him for the Presidential Medal of Freedom?

Jay Cutler; We worship at the alter of your gigantic balls.

Was/is there any doubt that after the shitstorm that Cutler created, the Bears would come out with any news other than "MCL tear" or "leg amputation"? If the news was that Cutler wasn't seriously injured, then the Bears would have some serious explaining to do.

I have no doubt that the reports will say that Cutler was injured, I am less certain that those reports will actually be true.

I didn't see Cutler get injured, I didn't really see Cutler limping around, I didn't see Cutler on crutches. I did see Cutler riding a stationary bike.

Compare that to Ben Roethlisberger taking a big helmet hit to his thigh from Calvin Pace, collapsing, and staying in the game.

FT has been on a meatballing rage since the game ended. Im not sure if hes being serious or not...

Just a question here, but is the problem more that you never saw the play Jay got hurt on? If so, then blame FOX for not finding it. I have heard it was either the jump pass in the endzone, or the Sam Shields sack where he twists Jay.

How about if we criticize him for things he deserves to be criticized for and not unreasonably bash him over things that are not legit.

              I'd be happy with that.

So go ahead and bash Cutler for all the things he deserves to be bashed for. As a GB fan, I would enjoy it.

I believe NAHSTE already brought up how his dad actually went to the officials at Vandy to complain about how much his son was being hit (it's fucking Vandy what did you expect when you were going to be playing against SEC talent with borderline IVY League kids blocking for you?).

He cried his way out of Denver because his name got mentioned in a trade rumor, he has the worst body language of any QB in the league (always has), and when the pressure gets too hot he folds up like a Chinese hat.

He missed Hester wide open yesterday by a good 5 yards and threw up his arms toward the sideline to blame Devin. Same old Jay.
Did he ask his father to do that?

He asked to leave when he found out the new coach didnt want him. And since when does body language throw tds/ints?

Devin ran the wrong route, as noted by many.

In Cutler's defense...little did he know that those same borderline Ivy League kids would form his offensive line in Chicago, too.

                          body language

When Jay Cutler was told that other players around the league had questioned his effort and toughness in the wake of the injury he suffered in the NFC championship game, the Chicago Bears quarterback showed a side of himself we haven't much seen: vulnerability.

                          Jim Trotter writes on SI.com:

Cutler appeared genuinely hurt when asked about the comments, saying: "No comment on that." He then turned his back to reporters, fiddled with some things on a shelf and bit his lip as tears welled. He had been battered and beaten during the early part of the season ... yet he never complained or pulled himself.

Whether or not Cutler was hurt, I think the bigger myth from that game is that Caleb Hanie played well. When he wasn't hitting DBs and DL in the numbers he was completing 1-yard dump passes to Forte. Sure he had some mobility and was light years better than Collins, and I get that we're judging him on the "3rd string player unexpectedly inserted into a big game" grading curve, but let's stop pretending he was Willie Beamen out there. It's not like he blew the game with two brutal giveaways or anything ... oh wait.
