I was confused by this too. I would have put him higher on the list. Same with Charles Rogers, I would have put him between Ron Dayne and Tim Couch. And it's tough to decide if Andre Ware or Chuck Long was the bigger Lions bust.Comment

2. I can't really argue with it, but kicking away from a person is harder than it looks. It either involves kicking short, which leads to better field position for the return team, or kicking out of bounds, which usually ends up leading to better field position.
Having a good returner gives you 5-15 "invisible" yards on every drive. Yes, kicking away from the player will shut them out, but those 15 yards can make a huge difference on a drive.

1. Every time he gets the ball, he has a good chance to score. That's a pretty big effect.
