Derrick freaking Locke i am disappoint. You came to UK on a track scholarship nobody would give you a football scholly in d1. You were a good multi purpose NCAA player, but you've talked all year about how you compare yourself to Chris Johnson and you might shatter his 40 time at the combine. You come in and run 4.4 SMH

              NFL misnomer.

              The record is 51.

Not that it really matters. It's the fucking combine.

rotoworld has an article saying Cobb ran a 4.45

Im impressed considering the knock on him has been he's too small and slow but he projects a Dexter McCluster type on the next level.

I dont think Cobb will be anyone's number 1 WR but he would be a good number 2 guy and KR IMO, hes a good character and team guy.

                      Notes from today:

                      1. I knew Locker was athletic but I didn't expect him to run a 4.52 forty. 3rd fastest timed forty for a QB in 11 years. Impressive.

                      2. These WRs are rediculous.

                      3. Julio Jones just ran one of the most valuable 40 times of this draft. He made millions in one run.

                      4. I can't wait for the damn draft!

Am I the only one who considers it odd that several of the premier DEs in this class (Bowers, Quinn, Smith) put up similar bench numbers to the receivers? I don't know if that really means anything, but it's interesting.

I do think they can bulk up a bit though, so it shouldn't be too bothersome, should it?

Jeff Maehl ran a fairly slow 40 time, but broke the combine record in the 3-cone drill, .01 from tying the 60 yard shuttle record, and second in the WR group in the 20 yard shuttle.

White boy doing work. He's going to be a stud.

Love Maehl...he's so quick, good hands...whoever gets him gets a STEAL.

This is why I have been railing against people who compare him to Tebow. He's got much more straight line speed.

Don't put too much stock in it.

David Buehler outbenched Michael Oher at their combine.
