lol, i saw that too lahey. I think the Seahawks can go a million different directions at that #4 pick. I really don't think they'll go OT though. They got Walter Jones and signed both Ray Willis and Sean Locklear to an extension. I think Orakpo can be a possibility if Redding plays inside. But i do think the one - two punch of Wells and Jones could be a good running duo but i am not sure if Wells is worth the #4 overall pick. I think if Stafford falls to them at #4 though, they'll take him.Comment

QB at 4 would be a luxury pick.. but I don't think we should take advantage of that.. I think we need an instant contributor.
That's why I want Crabtree so bad.. but it's looking less and less likely by the day.Originally posted by ram29jacksonI already said months ago that Seattle wasn't winning any SBComment

Well now it's officially not going to happen. Hasselbeck was the last thread of hope and now his hope is gone.I give rep not thanks

I think that the Hawks still have a very good chance of getting Crabtree. I am 90% sure Stafford and Curry go 1,2 or 3 and the Hawks will have to choose between an OL and Crabtree. They said they want an impact player now. TJH, Crabtree and Branch in at slot would make the Hawks have a top WR corp.
I very much doubt that they will be able to find a decent deal to trade down. The market for a top 5 pick is something around 10-15 plus another 20-28 pick. Only two teams have two first round picks and neither of them have a combo of those picks.I LOVE VSNComment

I really think we trade down, probably with Jacksonville so they can take Crab and we can get another pick or two.Originally posted by ram29jacksonI already said months ago that Seattle wasn't winning any SBComment

Like I said before. Only two teams have two first RD picks. The Lions and a second team that has something like a 20 and 28. Neither will fit the Hawks needs. Unless that second team gives Seattle a second and or third rounder as well. I am 90% sure the Hawks will end up drafting at 4.I LOVE VSNComment

Seattle Times Article
Click on the link in the article. Seems the Hawks might be going after Sanchez with the 4th pick. Who knows, might end up being a good move. I always figured him to be a bust though.I LOVE VSNComment

Not sure how credible Yahoo sports is but I just got done reading that Crabtree's stock is rising. Not sure how that can be possible seeing how he is already a top 10 pick. Anyway, the article said that STL is looking more into possibly taking Crabtree at 2 and if they pass, Seattle, specifically Mora, is in love with the guy.
Also Yahoo thinks he is THE best player in the draft by a mile. The two biggest knocks on him were the fact he didnt run the 40 and that he is "only" 6'1''. BUT, his arms are so damn long. He has a larger wingspan than 6'5'' Calvin Johnson. I'm sure that will come in handy when trying to get those jump balls.
I hope we end up with either Curry or Crabtree. An OT will be fine as well but I would hate to see one of these two guys develop into a HOF player and know the Hawks could have, should have gotten one of them.I LOVE VSNComment
