I stick by this. If this bullshit does happen, I will make sure that I have a friend working a camera with me when I slap the semi-retarted look off of Kolbs face.

Now if it happens and Kolb somehow pulls some amazing out of his ass and does good for the team, I will eat my words.

    And his dick.

Kyle Orton for a 3rd rnd pick, and you could restructure his contract for 2 or 3 years (I believe he has 1 year left set to earn almost 9 mil).

It seems like the much smarter choice than going for a QB who's completely unproven for a former pro bowl CB and a 3rd or possibly 2nd rnd pick.

If the Kolb trade does go down then the Cardinals will be looking extremely foolish when Kolb ends up a trade bust and the Cardinals go anther half a century without a Superbowl appearance.

Appearing on NFL Live Friday, ESPN's Adam Schefter sounded convinced that a trade that will send Kevin Kolb to the Cardinals is already a done deal.
"100 percent he's traded and Arizona is the first, second, and third most likely landing spot," Schefter said. Arizona may be tempted to lower its offer if there is truly no other competition for Kolb's services. The Eagles will try hard to create the impression that Kolb remains in demand around the league.

Has anyone found out yet why a quarterback with 11 TDs and 14 INTs is so highly regarded?

Shit, he hasn't proven that he's much, if any better than who the Cardinals have at quarterback now in Derek Anderson.

I think it's safe to say Kolb is better than Derek Anderson. I'm not a Kolb fan but he's definitely better than DA.

How is it safe to say that? What has Kolb done that completely blows DA out of the water?

And for the record, I think Kolb is better than DA but it's not much of an upgrade if Arizona lands him.

I can deal with giving up a high draft pick for Kolb but if it's a 1st/2nd + DRC, I'm going to shit my pants.

Kolb's not terrible from what I've seen but it's hard to believe he is in highly demand around the league. Seahawks, Cardinals, and possibly the Bills are the only spots I see Kolb landing.

Kolb hasn't done that much of anything. He's done some impressive things here and there but for the most part has been wildly inconsistent.

But Derek Anderson has been absolutely terrible. I don't see any valid reason why any NFL team would want him on their roster for this upcoming season. Now we'll see if he actually is on a roster but I don't see a reason why a team would want him.

Kolb has his strengths and his weaknesses but Derek Anderson in my eyes has nothing but weaknesses at this point in his career. He does A LOT of things bad.

Kolb will be a Cardinal but it wont be for DRC.

                        Probably a 2012 1st rounder and 2013 2nd/3rd rounder.

                          DRC > 1st rounder + 2nd rounder imho

Hopefully the cardnials hope to keep the combo of DRC and PP7. Or, at least until madden comes out.
