Who is the gem of the draft?

Who do you think is the gem of the draft this year?

I honestly think it is Hakeem Nicks, I am fully jumping on his bandwagon. He has always been a big-catch receiver and his bowl performance basically backed it up. The kid makes plays, and I would do anything to have him in a Bears uniform.

    Donald Brown^^^

I think any of those mentioned above and Jeremy Maclin (SP?) should turn out pretty good.

I'm fully sold that Aaron Curry is going to make the biggest impact out of this draft class. He is something special and whoever gets him is going to be one lucky team.

I just don't want to end it there, I've been doing a lot of research on this draft class and these are the guys who I think have the potential to be "gems" out of their position.

          QB: Josh Freeman
          RB: Shonn Greene
          OT: Jason Smith
          OG: Herman Johnson
          WR: Ramses Barden
          TE: Brandon Pettigrew
          DE: Michael Johnson
          DT: BJ Raji
          ILB: Aaron Curry
          OLB: Everette Brown
          SS: Nic Harris
          FS: Derek Pegues
          CB: Malcolm Jenkins

I'm also on the Hakeem Nicks bandwagon as well as Josh Freeman. I like James Laurinaitis to be a "gem" too.

yep Nicks is a solid WR.. he is nfl ready now...big body, great hands, and runs good routes.

I would compare him with anquan boldin

I really think there could be a few stud defensive ends in this draft. Michael Johnson has speed and size, Orakpo is one strong dude, Jackson is solid, and Aaron Maybin would be really good for disguising blitz packages seeing as he is lightning fast.
