Owners voted 31-0 to accept the proposed 10-year collective bargaining agreement, with the Oakland Raiders abstaining, sources told ESPN's Sal Paolantonio.
But now they are saying the players wont Vote tonight or shoot it down. Mort said there wont be an agreement right now and this will go on into the weekend.
