    Owners Vote for CBA

NFL owners voted to approve the proposed labor agreement with the NFL Players Association on Thursday, putting the potential end of the league's lockout in the hands of the players -- who might vote on the proposed deal Thursday night.

Owners voted 31-0 to accept the proposed 10-year collective bargaining agreement, with the Oakland Raiders abstaining, sources told ESPN's Sal Paolantonio.

But now they are saying the players wont Vote tonight or shoot it down. Mort said there wont be an agreement right now and this will go on into the weekend.

these analysts are killing, all day they are saying this is getting done today, DeMaurice and Goodell are working on agreement in kind and once the owners approve the players will vote for it tonight.

They knew what the deal was and now they are saying how terrible it is and the owners did nothing but agree to their own deal. Well why didnt you say this 3 hours ago when you knew they were doing this. Fucking ESPN

I have money on there being no Preseason.

Goodell, being the dirty cocksucker that he is, should have shut his mouth when asked about the small details not being ironed out when everyone had the chance.

            Now more bullshit.

There will be some preseason. Whether thats only 2 games or what we'll see. But we're not gonna just head straight into the regular season.

This just looks like it was all set up just to put pressure on the NFLPA. This might backfire on them and make the players really mad and this might drag out even longer now.

I highly doubt the pre-season is shortened at all. I mean what has this mess been all about? ...money. And more games= more money (whether pre- or regular).

They are fucking terrible, they just want to be the first to get shit out there. Mort doenst know his ass from a hole in the ground. Two seasons ago with Eli he was saying he was done with some injury and wont play. Well not only did he not miss any time but he started that week and threw 2 TDs

God does Jerry Richardson sound like a cunt. They should not let that fucking guy talk, but I wish I was the owner of the Panthers.

now all the finger pointing starts, holy shit this is worst. Owners are letting the players practice Saturday and start FA signings (which is all I really care about) but all the pressure is on the players now.

Since when did DeMaurice Smith become D. Smith? Are they trying to force a knickname on us
