Should they start penalizing teams that fake injuries to slow down no huddle?

It's terrible to see, it's like european football tactics.

If a player goes down he should be out for the remainder of the drive or a minimum of 5 plays.

Or get punched in the balls to ensure that he stays out for some time.

So does Grant not currently have a contract? I don't understand. Is that supposed to be an excuse?

I can't wait to see how the league decides to enforce this. They're going to pick and choose who to fine or punish based on what they think. No player is going to admit to faking an injury.

Unless it's comically apparent like Jaiquan Williams lol.

No player admits to delivering a hit with intent to injure/maim, yet the NFL fines those people, too. I'm sure they will figure out a way.

Didn't you know? Roger Goodell is a licensed physician and an expert at judging health via (indisputable) video evidence.

Sorry, but you don't need a PhD to diagnose this "injury"...

I think they should establish a rule saying if you cause a stoppage in play due to injury, you have to sit out the entire quarter before coming back in.

And what if a player really has a cramp and is ready to come back in? I don't want to see Jerod Mayo get a cramp with 14:55 to go in the 4th quarter and be forced to sit out the rest of the game.

What they're doing now is the only way to make it work. Fine/suspend players if they are caught purposely faking an injury.

Either call a time out or have his teammates help him off the field real quick.

Need to bring in some real football players to show these guys how to dive. These guys need to learn that the fall has to be accentuated, and rolling about makes you look more injured.

Empire is quickly climbing up the VSD homer rankings. He's passed Blick, and is closing in on BigBucs.

That fool pointed to his swollen right knee today as proof that he was really hurt.

Nevermind that the TV cameras had the trainers looking at his left knee.

                              :obama:

                                How so?

Do you have a realistic idea on how they can fairly enforce this?
