Philip Daniels out as director of player development. He wants to coach and wouldn't get that opportunity with Washington. That leaves the receivers position, player development as well as special teams coordinator that needs to be filled.

Jammal Brown's contract voided today, and that saved us $1.1 million in cap space. With the penalty from the NFL, we need all of the savings we can get.

Golston back, Moss and Carriker restructured. I like keeping the depth on the defensive line, even though its going to suck losing Lorenzo Alexander. I would have rather kept him than Rob Jackson personally. Also really like having Lichensteiger back- he's key to what we want to accomplish rushing the ball.

I would like to see Winfield, but that still leaves a glaring hole at CB. Relying on an aging Winfield and Josh Wilson as our starters is just as bad as MeAngelo and Wilson. With the rumored $600,000 in cap space currently, I don't see us being able to afford Winfield, and especially not Aqib Talib as the rumors on the Post Insider are saying.

There are other guys that can still take paycuts, like Morgan, Garcon, Bowen, but the team also needs $4 million for the draft. So I'm thinking we have one major move in FA, and that's it. With us already re-signing some major players, that's about it.

Redskins add Jeremy Trueblood, to compliment Tony Pashos to compete for the RT spot. Both coming off injury, but if healthy, can be huge upgrades over what we had last year.

We desperately need a starting caliber CB. Other than that, I'll take my chances with the draft and what we have now. I'm actually really confident with the depth we've produced in the past few draft classes.
