    fixed. :verlander:

Moving on....what percentages would you guys give on Peyton choosing TEN or DEN?

    I'd say 65-35 Tennessee.

      Woy,

Clay Travis is also the guy that asked Tim Tebow if he was a virgin at SEC Media Day a few years ago, if you remember. He's a "pot stirrer"!

I would agree with that as well, they do a good job, particularly in the NY market, of knowing when to spend money and when not to while always staying competitive.

But I am a big "fan" of Pittsburgh. Yes, sometimes it is a bit cold how they do not resign veterans, but all in all they do a fantastic job at managing their players salaries versus talent, as well as their player's attitudes (PLax...bye, Santonio...bye). They are always competitive, tough, disciplined yet they never sign a big free agent it seems.

No, I don't, where did I act excited and say all of this?

Rumor was there was going to be a signing of E.Winston, M.Flynn, and Reggie Wayne. I've had Flynn in my sig for a week. Where have you been?

And that makes no sense. You hope we lose him for disrespecting how well Matt Moore played.....but if we do lose him, ya know, we still have Matt Moore and he'll be our QB. I can play this game too: I hope Manning goes to Tenn., that way all of the sunshine being blown out of Denver's ass will cease to happen when they realize that even with their $7 billion dollars in cap space, they will ride or die next year with their 46% completion rate QB at the helm. Oh yeah, and without some of his plays last year they would have never made it where they did last year....but its OK for Denver to "disrespect him" to bring in Manning.

I just find fans who are all aboard when they are in the running for a FA and then wish ill towards the team that gets them. It would have been nice to have 2 bookends at DE but I'm not wishing Buffalo never makes a playoff run.

The Denver Post repots the Broncos are planning to offer free agent Peyton Manning a contract worth roughly $60 million over five seasons.
An "NFL source" also confirms Manning has narrowed his choices to Denver and Tennessee. The Broncos' offer would include $30 million guaranteed, "give or take." It's reportedly the same contract parameters the Titans are working off of. According to the Post, the Broncos could "sweeten their offer, or lock in their guarantee" if they are satisfied with Manning's Friday workout today.
Take it for what it's worth.

If Peyton wants his best chance to get another ring, he would sign with San Francisco hands down.

no, he was just saying that as an opinion.

EDIT: scratch that, just read this from Mortensen (who is represented by same firm as Manning) WOW: After nearly 10 days, we have our first "mystery team." Mort reports Manning worked out for Niners coach Jim Harbaugh this week, and took a physical. San Francisco is believed to have joined the Broncos and Titans as finalists for Manning's services. The news goes a long way toward explaining why the Niners have been dragging their feet on what was presumed to be a done deal with in-house free agent Alex Smith. Mort's colleague Adam Schefter also confirmed Friday the Cardinals have been "advised that they are to proceed as if they will not get (Manning)."

Yeah, even as a Titans fan, I agree with this completely. SF's a SB contender without Manning and could be the favorite with him.

I won't be as upset if he signs there as if he does with Denver, simply cause I don't see what Denver offers over us minus a weaker division.
