        You don't put your best offensive player into trade talks. Not a good start for McDaniels to already alienate the teams quarterback.

                              Mcdaniels will be great for the development of your offensive players,especially Cutler and is a great play caller. (He has been in control of the pats offense for the last 2 years). I cant tell you what he brings for the defensive aspect but I am pretty sure Mike Nolan(if that is Denvers DC) will be in control of the defense.
