I will balance this thread with two things I actually like about Spags:
1. He is very aggressive on fourth down. Nobody notices because nobody watches this shit team, but he is not afraid to go for it anywhere near midfield with under 3 yards to go. Percentage wise, it's in the offenses favor, but head coaches are largely pussies who are scared of the media and find it easier to stay conservative and conventional.
2. He seems like a nice man.
That's all i've got.
