I can say with 100% certainty that if I held a gun to FT's head, he would have no qualms with snipping a Filipino boy's foreskin. Hell, it sounds like his Saturday nights already minus the gun.

Don't know about those statistics though. They are from the WHO so i guess it could be true but i find it hard to believe. What are these doctors motivation?
