He is a 4-3 DE/3-4 OLB, not Vince Wilfork.

Then why did they keep saying he was a DT?

The broadcast crew was creaming themselves over him being a DT.

I should be a mod. Are you aware of the requirements?

Very disappointed in the Falcons because how they prepared and gameplanned for the Giants. In the previous weeks we opened up the playbook a little more with throws down the field (vs weaker teams, I know).. but to go into this game with the more conservative approach was the wrong move by the coaching staff. I guess they didn't learn that the conservative pussy offense did us no good early in the season. Seems like everytime the Falcons play vs a good team, they go back to the dink & dunk offense and is scared to throw down field to at least open up the run game. I was fine with Mike Smith's calls for 4th & short, but no to give Turner the rock after Ryan came up short on the first 4th n short attempt was ridiculous. They even showed Turner on the sideline with the look on his face. Arthur Blank needs to cop a pair of balls and wipe out the entire coaching staff. Mike Smith, thanks for the 4 straight winning seasons but you're not the answer. Time and time again, after struggling in the 1st half vs +.500 teams, theres been a lack of adjusting afterwards, it just makes me wonder what the fuck is going on in the locker room. I feel sorry for Tony Gonzalez for signing that 1 year extension, I really do. As for Natty Ice, man the fuck up the Playoffs guy, sheesh. Better luck next year I guess.

Every time I think about this game I can't help but to say to myself, "2 points, that's it?!"

The :obama: moment of that last 4th down try was that not only was Turner not in the game I think the only guy in the backfield behind Ryan was Julio Jones who came in motion during the play to ghost an end around look.

                WTF?

Refs were dogshit the entire weekend.

I'm probably late since they've won the last couple SBs but it's clear the NFC is now the better conference. Next weekend we got Saints/49ers and Packers/Giants. Then you look at the AFC and it's Pats/Broncos Ravens/Texans. UGH.

I don't even know what to make of the officiating in this league anymore. Eric Decker nearly got his knee torn apart...no call. REggie Nelson lays the wood with his shoulder pad across a guys chest..flag.

James Harrison with a weak roughing the passer call.

That last TD he threw to Manningham was fucking gorgeous.

Remember when we were all making fun of the NFC last year.

A few years back there was something I found by accident on my TV. A way to turn off the announcers and just listen to the crowd/field. I really wish I could remember what I did.
