No kidding. He's a god here at Oregon. He can do no wrong. Hard to hate on him leaving because this is so low risk for him to leave now. He's young, he'll double his salary very likely and if it doesn't work, just about any team in college football would take him with open arms.

I would love for Oregon to hire Jon Gruden, because it would mean the Bucs will have traded a dollar for a quarter for a nickel in three years.

Everyone see this move as humorous, but, I actually think it can work. From everything I have read about the guy and the few things I have heard, he is incredibly intelligent and a very forward-thinking person. I would be shocked if he tries to bring his offense from college to the NFL. If anything, I see him orchestrating a up-tempo, pro-style offense with some concepts and wrinkles from his time at Oregon.

Gruden and Kelly are very good friends. Grudz still lives in Tampa and after he shied away from a few opportunities this year, I think he may be done coaching all together. He loves coaching, but, he also loves all the free time he has in broadcasting and he is really enjoying just helping out as an assistant coach at Carrollwood Day School. Hell, last season, he got tossed from a game for getting on a ref lol...

              Yea, fire Raheem?

                    Pete Carroll 2.0.

I'd say it's always a smart move to get out of the house before it burns to the ground. Either way, this ends hilariously.

Fire Raheem for this guy? Nice gimmick offense he had going at Oregon. Not gonna act like I know this guys entire list of credentials but a big reason I didnt want Rah fired was because there wasnt a big talent pool of long term, formidable answers to let a HC go who lead his team to a 10-6 record the year before. Not to mention it being his final year of his contract. I expected much more. Ill support him though, I wont abandon the team and throw a hissy fit about it. I hope he makes me eat my words, and be behind him as long as he don's the flag.

Hilarious how he went from an offensive coordinator at University of New Hampshire (FCS) to NFL head coach in five years. Unreal.

I think Chip can make it in the NFL. The guy is forward thinking and makes great adjustments. Players like playing for him albeit at the college level but the guy won't be outworked. I'm confident Chip can run a pro offense if need be.
