lulz. If college sports have taught us anything it's all about how much the coaches and universities care for the kids/players.

People act like this is a big deal. Paterno once accepted the New England Patriots coaching position for three weeks before deciding to go back to Penn State. If Kelly is a good enough coach, he will still get a shot (just like how Paterno continued to receive coaching offers for years in the NFL) and he can go back to being god at Oregon.

I do. You can see how he handles questions from the media and all that. He's a very genuine guy. I'm not saying he wouldnt bolt for money but if he was going to bolt he wouldn't care what time he did it.

I doubt it happens though, considering Bennett looked plenty good in spots last season.
Bennett is real solid. The x factor is Marcus Mariota the redshirt frosh. He's perfect for Chip's system.

Yeah, as of now they have said he hasn't asked to rework his contract but you figure he's gonna get something.

He'll be clearing 3 mil a year this season and has a 3.75 mil buyout. We'd be smart to make the buyout quite a bit more if we are going to give him more money.

Because the Falcons are that deal right? We are one season removed from 10-6 son. Keep chasing that 1st ring.

Typical BigBucs response, attempting to deflect from your own shitty team.

If you are one season removed from 10-6 why did you fire your coach? Oh yeah, because the team is zero years removed from being completely awful. So awful that their wish list includes college coaches with three years of experience at the highest level ...

Deflecting? Naw, just speaking the truth. No secret the Bucs were ass this past season, cant deny that. In the meantime worry about your mediocre ass team not winning shit for years to come with that goofy looking head coach of yours. Bucs will become a perennial contender before the Falcons do anything significant.

You mean like posting four straight winning seasons? Is that what you consider a perennial contender? Or is your definition of contending being one year removed from almost making the playoffs?
