Still compiling the data though, I'll update with my findings.
I don't think it's any coincidene either that Post 1978(when the NFL opened up the passing game rules) that QB's have won 20 of them. Prior to Super Bowl XIII there was a 7 year stretch where a QB didn't win it. Passing game rules open up. Boom.

Since then there hasn't been a streak longer than 3 years with no QB winning it.

I can understand the hesitation, Eli has had some really ugly years statistically when you judge them by HOF standards

I can't put him in the HOF yet, not while the book is still being written on his career

I am tickled pink that the HOF and Manning is being mentioned in the same breath and the name isn't Peyton though

Who whoulda thunk we'd see this kind of discussion about him here, even if a lot of pundits still think he's average?

          Weatherford got robbed.

Weatherford was definitely money....back them up a few times

Of course Brady said fine, I'll see your directional kicks and drive anyway

That guy is a great QB, I can't stand him lol

Just glad he is my quarterback. Biased or not if the game is on the line and my team needs a score to win Eli is the best in my book. Just so damn cool and confident under pressure.

Come from behind wins and clutch go hand in hand...nothing overrated about coming through when everything's on the line

Unless Montana's great drive in the Super Bowl is considered overrated

And no, I am certainily not comparing Eli to Montana so don't even start.....talking coming from behind and winning

                                It can be.

at Eli being the one QB I'd want to have the ball when I'm down and needing a score. Every QB in the NFL is healthy..he's not even the guy in his own family who I want to have the ball.
