Good deal for both parties. The Colts hold on to a upper tier WR at a good price and Wayne doesn't have to move his family and start over having to learn a new system. Wayne is just the kind of mature WR to have your new franchise QB paired up with for success.

A little pricey...but after the year he had, and the impact he made time and time again, I'd say they made the right call. As long as he doesn't regress, this defense is poised for another amazing season.

I agree. You're paying for a known commodity. If he left then there would be a hole to fill and you'd have to wonder if whoever came in would be able to replicate his presence. It's nice to have a defense without question marks!

I don't think he will regress. Many in the NFL rated Rogers as one of the best cover corners in the league before last season, but everyone also knew he couldn't catch. Now that they fixed that problem, Rogers should continue to remain one of the best in the league.

I still can't get over the fact that the Redskins couldn't give him a simple eye exam. We've signed all these players throughout the years, have the best front office cap experts, signed all these coaches, Snyder owns 6 Flags, etc, and we never did our due diligence for Rogers. There is no telling how many other players have missed something like that.
