Tomorrow at 3:30 EST we will officially launch the Notre Dame Shamrock Series uniform. The uniform will feature a side view of The Leprechaun with his fists up, ready to battle anyone that comes his way. The Leprechaun was registered as an official trademark in 1965 and continues to be the University mascot.

- Practice more about 11 on 11 than individual because of QB situation.
- Navy preparation begins Monday.
- Tate Nichols knee "sublexation." Previous injury. Back in a few weeks. Questionable for Navy game.
- QB situation becoming clear. Reps will begin to separate starting next week.
- Doesn't want to play 2 QBs. Wants one to step up as the guy.
- All RBs will play. Can play slot and receiver as well.
- Atkinson has evolved into more of an all-around receiver and back.
- Atkinson featured as kickoff return specialist.
- 3 guys in competition for punt return. Decision will be made next week.
- KLM stronger after injury. Has a leadership role.
- Danny Spond. Severe migraine that needed hospitalization. Seeing specialists. Has been cleared. No timetable on return.
- Manti, Kap, Zeke, Jamoris are defensive leaders and best communicators.
- Captains will be named next week. Decision will be made on year-long captains or weekly.
- Jamoris has a bruised heel. Lost snaps today. Nothing to worry about. Farley and Jamoris making starting position a battle with McCarthy.
- Jalen Brown and Keivarae Russell getting better prompted moving Cam McDaniel back to RB.
- More trust in QBs to hang onto the football. 126 throwing opportunities, 1 INT with Everett.
- Welch had successful surgery. 4 to 6 months.
- Has not thought about making a public announcement for the starting QB before the opener.
- Kona has a small crack on his fourth knuckle bone. Doesn't seem to affect performance.
- McDaniel is still taking reps on defense as well. Could fill in on either side of the ball.
