                I'll pick the smarter guy 100% of the time, no matter the position. Those are the guys that understand the concept of a team, and will be willing to put in the work necessary to be the best they can be.

                And yes, it is RGIII. Which is why, if he fails as a QB in Washington, it's not going to be his fault. It will be with the coaches, though I was extremely impressed with his first pre-season debut (expectations still being held back however.)
