Yeah everybody bitching clearly overlooked this fact, NORMAL every play trash talk, and Brady said come see me after the game... well Sherman went to go see him, now everybody is mad? I think it's hilarious and guarantee this shit happens every single game, and I understand Sherman going public, nobody knows his team exists even tho they are beating good teams.

He has missed the last 2 games.....both of which we won and our pass defense was better.
That's 2011 dipshit, Marshall had a great year last year

Sherman was one of the best CB's in his rookie year last year, and he is playing even better this year.

I don't quite understand the "success rate" stat, because the most important aspect of the stat...the failures...are all counted the same. For instance, a CB giving up a 5-yard hitch on first down (a failure, if I am understanding the stat correctly) is treated the same as a CB giving up a 95 yard TD on 3rd and 94.

It would be similar to having an "incompletion rate" for CBs, and ranking them on that stat, and treating all completed passes as the same. Kind of stupid, but thats to be expected from any make-believe FootballOutsiders stat.

Really, "dipshit"? That's actually my point, the fact he is using 2011 stats to say they provide evidence for 2012 play, "dipshit."

There are other idiocy's of that table too. For instance, who is the statistical genius who sat there and put McCain and Marshall at 1 and 4 and Taylor and Rogers at 8 and 9, when Taylor and Rogers were only 7 percentage points lower but were target with nearly DOUBLE the throws, and were not talking 10 compared to 20, were talking a difference of nearly 50!!

LOL .. no one is saying they are the 2000 Ravens LOL. And at least they're poised for a postseason run LOL.. but then again you'll bandwagon the entire playoff bracket then boast how you know everything LOL.

                ...

But actually it DOES matter, because Sherman is a damn good corner and that's what my point was you dip shit. Seattle doesn't assign a corner to a specific receiver.. they each play a side of the field. When Browner was on Lloyd, that's when Lloyd had his receptions.. when Lloyd was on Sherman, he did nothing. And Browner is a good corner too - just not on the level of Sherman.

Then Welker? Well Welker does this to about anyone.. and especially an aging Marcus Trufant. He also dusted Earl Thomas for a TD early in the 1st quarter because Thomas made the wrong read on Welker's route.

Maybe watch a Seahawks game before you try to act like you know shit about them. Ok pumpkin?

I agree with you, the trash talk thing seems a bit foolish considering who Tom Brady is and who Richard Sherman is.. all I'm saying, is Sherman is actually as good as he thinks he is, and not many people know this because he plays for the Seahawks.

The rest of it.. that's all really however you want to slice it. Again, none of us were on the field Sunday.. I'm sure Brady was talking some shit too and maybe it was because Sherman wouldn't shut up.. I don't know. All I know is he played very well last weekend just like he has all season.

FOOTNOTE: Agreed that the FootballOutsiders numbers are idiotic and don't factor in a lot of stuff. I just know off of watching 16 Seahawks games a year that Sherman seldom gets beat .. he's not "shut down" .. but he's excellent at press coverage and man coverage. Especially considering the rules in place now.

thats one of my predictions pin head, Seattle will not matter in the post season. Y ou're not very bright at all. I said who who would win a SB a month in advance. I also said if the Pats made the SB that they would lose. You fools are just jealous. Poised for a post season run ? LOLOL theyve hardly been consistant on offense and could well suck the next 8 games. They surprised the Pats but still lost to the Rams...their 2 losses are divisional games, so far their wins are only outside their conference...their 24th in total offense and 17th in total defense and lost to the Rams who rank about the same as them in both categories. They are just an average team and should be 3-3 right now after the ref-gate game LOL..Seattle is 31st in passing offense, all theyve had is a couple lucky throws and no consistancy, that will eventually come to light and bite them when it counts deeper into season.

..and while I'm at it, you all need to go back a page and check out my creative reference to their horrible uniforms !

3 losses in their own division.

while I readily admit that their last 8 games could be a complete turn around for all I know in this stupid parity era where everyone sucks and its just who ever is hot at the time...and this game was Thursday nighter which can be a bitch to away teams. This so called improving team has 3 division losses and should have lost to the Packers.

for a team thats 4-3, they look pretty horrible and are losong hope for tie breakers if needed
