Tebow has refused to play a position other than QB I doubt he changes his ways now. I know some reports have said he won't play QB other reports have contradicted that and I seriously doubt Tebow will ever be willing to be a TE or HB

Even if Gronk is out for the year they still have Hernandez, Jake Ballard and Daniel Fells.

You really think he was brought in to be the 4th or 5th TE despite not being able to run a route, block or catch?

The Pats brought him in before the draft as a QB, Josh McDaniels took him in the the first round as a QB and QB is the only position I could see him signing a contract to play.

Maybe he doesn't suit up at all this year but I would be shocked if he were slated to play anywhere but the QB spot in some capacity for the Pats.

The Patriots narrative is horribly overrated. The only thing that keeps the Patriots winning 11-14 games every year is Tom Brady and 6 games a year vs. Charmin soft division opponents.

You know people can kiss Belichick's ass all they want but the fact remains the Patriots haven't done jack shit for going on a decade now. So another big name signing that doesn't help this team in its biggest need a deep threat at wide receiver instead it gets the Patriots and that scumbag Belichick air time on ESPN.

Oh, no doubt that Tebow won't really help them, at least not now. I have never liked the Patriots really, even when they were winning I think they were overrated, at least given too much face time.

So, I'm all for Tebow taking his place someday (although I can't stand Tebow either). If a pitching coach can help poor pitching mechanics, I'm sure somebody can teach Tebow how to throw a football.

Belichick will find some way to use him, I'm sure Tebow will get some spots in the backfield, and you can never discount him getting the ball on some misdirection plays.

If anything, he's a depth player for special team, FB and the emergency third QB. When the Redskins had Randle-El, we always kept the third QB inactive because he could step in if both guys went down. For the Pats who have drafted well and have pretty good depth, they can afford one of the last spots on the roster be a guy who can fill multiple spots.
