They stated exact times, places, and had word for word text messages sent by Hernandez and victim as well as cited multiple surveillance cameras throughout the routes taken. From the sounds of it, that shit you see on TV and movies where they pool video cam sources to track someone, is what they have via other home surveillance cameras, gas station cameras, and transportation cameras. Hernandez stood their with zero emotion on his face. No sign of being scared of being wrongly accused. Either looked at the floor or down his nose with his chin up.

I've been on 2 local juries for criminal acts, none murder, but one was a sever beating where a kid had to be rehabilitated, other was burglary. Both times I was astonished at how dumb the prosecution, witnesses, or fellow jurors were. On the burglary one, the guy was found with a railroad spike that matched the imprint on the pryed open window, plus their was blood on the sill and the guy also had a cut on his hand when nabbed. This one dumb whore who couldn't wait to get out of there to get back to her porch and food stamps said "no way am I convicting this guy until you show me DNA evidence that blood was his." She couldn't understand a local crime unit can't afford to DNA test every little crime, it aint cheap!

Gum was reportedly found near the corpse, too.

Hernandez is a sociopath...execution style killing for just talking to some people?

Too bad Massachusetts doesn't have the death penalty. Putting Aaron Hernandez on death row would have made for a great message to future athletes who want to be stupid

We used to chew gum while we rolled the blunt to make the paper taste sweet

Is there anything confirming he's the shooter? Or one of the others could have done it and he just paid em to or somethin?

he read back many of them. Nothing too juicy. But one of them from the victim was sent before he was killed and riding in the car to someone saying "Guess who I am with" They asked who, he replied "NFL". So that right there tells Hernandez was riding in the car with Odin and Odin was feeling a bit worried and telling someone who he was with if things went bad.

Well I guess that answers that. I thought maybe he was the same type of TE Hernandez was when I saw he was averaging 16 yards a catch.

Patriots better get better production out of rookie WR's this season than they have in seasons past.
Yup, that answers that. Glad we got it covered.

Anyway, Hernandez is literally retarded. This isn't even one of those "having money can't make a bad person good" kind of things. He didn't kill this guy because he is some thug, he's just stupid and petty to kill a guy over talking to someone he doesn't like.

"You can't trust anyone no more....Well I guess I gotta kill this guy now."

Or he was being coy. If he was that worried he could have just said Aaron Hernandez

It may not indicate he was worried, but it sure indicates Hernandez was in the car.

Well, to a normal person with common sense, anyway. I'm sure the defense lawyers will convince a dumbfuck juror or two otherwise

The more I read about this, I can't believe how sloppy and flat out stupid Hernandez was in carrying out what sure looks like a premeditated murder. I mean, some of this stuff is mind boggling.
