Prosecution went through a timeline of events as to what they believe happened. They stated exact times, places, and had word for word text messages sent by Hernandez and victim as well as cited multiple surveillance cameras throughout the routes taken. From the sounds of it, that shit you see on TV and movies where they pool video cam sources to track someone, is what they have via other home surveillance cameras, gas station cameras, and transportation cameras. Hernandez stood their with zero emotion on his face. No sign of being scared of being wrongly accused. Either looked at the floor or down his nose with his chin up.
I've been on 2 local juries for criminal acts, none murder, but one was a sever beating where a kid had to be rehabilitated, other was burglary. Both times I was astonished at how dumb the prosecution, witnesses, or fellow jurors were. On the burglary one, the guy was found with a railroad spike that matched the imprint on the pryed open window, plus their was blood on the sill and the guy also had a cut on his hand when nabbed. This one dumb whore who couldn't wait to get out of there to get back to her porch and food stamps said "no way am I convicting this guy until you show me DNA evidence that blood was his." She couldn't understand a local crime unit can't afford to DNA test every little crime, it aint cheap!
