This should have been expected as we all know that the NCAA rules based on what protects the product. Manziel in uniform is worth much more than having him working out with scouts preparing for the draft.

The NCAA is quickly becoming a joke. Tressell covered up players trading their own stuff for tattoos and Ohio State gets a full wasted season and a season of lost games. Manziel sells his autograph multiple times and gets a half game suspension against a cupcake team. I know there is more to the case and other stuff, but seriously... the NCAA needs to simplify their rules, overhaul the system, and start making some god damn sense.
