If it all went well, both guys would be back next year ... but Martin needs to get counseling. Simply throwing him overboard because of one mistake would be wrong, make sure the kid gets counseling. Incognito has likely lost $3-5 million because of this and may never get an NFL gig again, but should. Clearly, while a douche, he's not guilty here ... just kinda stupid. Both need the right locker rooms if they play next year.
