Would he be on the top of that list because Cutler would be making him look like he looked last year?

And in all seriousness....I still dont know why some people are so caught up in what other people are doing on other teams. Fa real, I think Jay is better than Kyle, Kyle is gone, why would I give a fuck about what cpt Neckbeard is doing.

He is doing great, ok congrats, yet it is only 5 games into the season.

Ouch...wrong time to fuck with you. My bad. Yeah I watched my gramma die when I was 19, I was in the room for 10 hours that night. I didn't know you went through that. My bad. Listen, as much as I love to hate you, I understand you're pain my man. Your gramma actually looks a lot like my old gramma. I wish I could buy you a beer right now. Keep your head up and try to remember any recipe your gramma gave you. I made my gramma's rice puding just last week, and it's been 11 years since she passed. Sorry about my bad timing...I'll have to give you a few weeks grace period before I jump in with another hate post. Much luv my man. Much luv. :drunk:

      PS-Karma is BS.

We all know you're at 5-0 and ontop of the division. If this comes back to bite you in the ass, you will never be living it down. I would've waited until 7-1 or 8-0

I know it's way too early to see who got the better end of the trade.

I just wanted to see the reaction on Glenn, when i pointed out something that he said wrong. Just like he did to everyone else.
The Bears WRs are not better than Eddie Royal.

I guess not. I mean they all have better stats than him, but yet they arent? hmmmm...

But then your excuse is going to be "Orton has too many weapons"... well so does Cutler.

Ever heard of a rough start? By your logic, Matt Forte is only as good as Thomas Jones. They both have 271 yards and Jones has 5 tds to Forte's 1. So I guess Thomas Jones is the superior player.

Also, Steven Smith of the Giants is the best receiver in the league.

And by Glen's logic, Orton is better than Cutler because he is 5-0.

Cant you see I was just making a point by saying that it's too early to be doing this shit? thats why I brought up the Royal thing..

                    2. Olsen is a good TE. Pairing him and Desmond Clark together, especially when lacking a true WR threat helps a QB out a lot. I could give two shits about Olsen sniffing a Pro Bowl. He was the best pass catcher that team had last year and the NFL must think that he's pretty damn good seeing as he's been getting doubled like crazy this year.

                    3. What does Dez Clark helping a team to the Super Bowl have to do with disagreeing with your comment about the Bears being a "crap" team? Oh wait...Nothing. Even if Dez is just "a guy" he's still an above average NFL TE and is not a crap player on a crap team.

                    4. Go back and look at sacks, YPR, etc last year and anyone would agree that the Bears Oline last year was at least good. They overachieved for what a lot of people thought they would do but they still had a very good year. As for 3/5 of them being replaced way to ignore the circumstances...

John Tait retired. He was replaced by Orlando Pace.
John St Clair was signed by the Browns. 2008 1st Round pick Chris Williams has replaced him.

Kruetz is still here, as is Garza, Beekman(last years starting left guard) has been battling with Frank Omiyale ever since he was signed for starting time. 3/5ths of the Bears starters last year are still on the roster and they are even deeper than last year because of having guys like Beekman and Schaffer on the roster and as backups.

It's not like the Bears went into the offseason and blew up the offensive line because they were bad last year. They just replaced guys who left and built depth. Pretty simple.

I will say though so far this year the OL has been a huge disappoint thus far. They have not performed anywhere near as well as expected.
You will not find a bigger Bear fan than me...They were a crap team.

A crap team does not make the playoffs in a bad division, they were a crap team!

I'm not wrong already. You're 5-0, I don't know if math is your strong point but you can still finish 5-11.

damn bro...you actually remember our first argument? wow...it was a year ago, and on a different forum no less...:elephant: kinda funny.

Back to the post. The Broncos aren't horrible, but to say the Broncos haven't caught some big breaks this year is crazy. They aren't a bad team...not Oakland, or Cleveland bad, that's for damn sure. Lets look at the roster. That secondary is improved with HOF'ers Dawkins and Bailey. Then they got DJ and Andre who are solid, with Dumerville who's ripped off 8 sacks this year already, and a semi-deep D-line.
On offense they got a list of guys at WR who've had a headline or two in recent years. Buckhalter can be effective, and Moreno hasn't been horrible either. Graham and Scheffler are nice and average at everything they do, and that o-line has played above their ability so far.
All and all, we're not talking about a bad team. We're talking about a competent team that has made the most of all the lucky bounces...and lucky bounces they have had, that's for damn sure.
To think they can go 8-0 with three competitive playoff teams ahead of them is tough to imagine. Then again the Chargers and Steelers have had some injury concerns lately, and the Ravens are on a two game skid. I think the Broncos as a whole can stay competitive with the Chargers. I don't think they'll beat the Steelers though...complain I'm a homer if you like, but Troy is back, and Mendi+Parker+Moore=run game=bad news. If Orton can ride this momentum into the Ravens game he could win, the Ravens aren't doing enough to stop the pass this year, and it's costing them.
I don't expect the Broncos to be 8-0, but lets not get ahead of ourselves and say the Broncos are playing lights out. They have won some close games and had some lucky bounces. It's a good story though.

NBC showed a stat last night, Jay Cutler throws more Redzone INTs than any other starting QB. He has something like 3 this year, 7 total if you go back to last season. Meanwhile Orton has thrown 2 in his career.

And lets all lol at Ron Turner. Matt Forte had 1700 yards last season, Cutler had 4000. Ron Turner combines those two guys to barely form a top 15 scoring offense and a team that ranks in the bottom half for yards/gm/

Cutler needs to drink more JD.

Cutler made a grave mistake of throwing the ball off of his backfoot which forced the INT in the redzone. I saw the stat as well and thought it had something to do with him picking apart the ATL defense up and down the field and developing some sort of comfort zone.

A couple redzone turnovers, I will still take that over what the Bears have had for the last 20 years. At least we have a guy who can get us INTO the redzone lol
