NFL Sunday Ticket streaming returns to gaming consoles this fall!

I just switched from cable to DTV. Getting it installed Friday and I get NFL Ticket free for the 2014 season

Guess I'm going to have to change my credit card address because my current address on my CC account says ineligible when trying to sign up. I see why they are doing it, to try to get people to switch to DTV, but they could be losing out on a lot of money.

They didn't ask for pics but you definitely need to know the name and birth date of somebody that goes to one of those colleges. It queries the student/faculty database...I could not believe it was that advanced

I am pretty sure you can pause the stream. The bit rate thing is the big issue for those of us with larger TV's that want the best PQ. It's just not going to look as good as full bitrate HD.

In that case, wouldn't a quick Facebook search for someone that attends one of the qualifying universities be enough? The CC billing address shouldn't matter because it may be a college student that is out of state, etc.

The DirecTV site says PS3, PS4 and Xbox One are supported.

Is this streaming service included automatically for directv Sunday Ticket subscribers or only those who can't get directv in their homes?

I had it on the PS3 in the past so I would probably get that, but I now live in an area with a few directv dishes so I'm not sure if I can get the stream only package.

I believe the basic streaming service for computers or portable devices is available at no additional charge for Sunday Ticket subscribers. That doesn't include console streaming.

Thanks for the reply. I will try and contact them when I get home. I would prefer the console because computer streaming was terrible for me in the past. The PS3 version had perfect streams but poor quality audio. Now I have a new sound system so that shouldn't be a problem, at least I hope it isn't.
