Rookie Chris Borland has taken over MLB duties for the Niners and has looked phenomenal in his first 3 games. 17+ tackles in the first two, a fumble recovery that ended up winning the game against the saints and a pick today. He is all over the field.
It's crazy to say but this guy has looked just as good as Bowman and Willis. He has great lateral speed, reads plays well and is a sure tackler and I guess he has good hands too.
I don't know anything about his college career but I'm guessing he fell to the 3rd round because he is a little undersized?
Edit - just read that he ran a 4.83 40 at the combine which is also why he fell to the 3rd round. Wouldn't know it by watching him as he plays way faster than that.
Great effort by the Rams and Chiefs today. The Packers offense is looking unstoppable at this moment. Barring injuries I think they have to be considered as favorites to win the NFC.
Yeah some 70 yr old black man was gonna give some blonde debutante with an opposing jersey the ball.....It'da made my day if another saint fan slapped the ball out during the handoff causing her to fumble it.
For the record. Not the greatest catch ever but insanely impressive. It's the kind of catch guys make in practice but to make it on good coverage for a TD is impressive.

Guys in practice rarely ever sell out like that though.
Not to mention he was interfered with, managed to stay in bounds and caught it with 3 fingers with that much hyper extension and you got one of the greatest catches ever, IMO.

Not trying to take away from it , Im just doing the Al Michaels and immediately saying "its in the discussion". I think Tyrees SB catch , Moss bicep catch are the most memorable of recent years. Id have to go through Cris Carters highlight reel as well.
Full disclosure; As a Cowboys fan I was just as incensed as impressed so I may be biased for awhile.
I was at work and forgot to DVR the game. Looks like Orton had a solid game just like last time vs the Jets. Geno threw 3 INT's in the 1st qtr of the first game they played so that put them in a big hole that they couldn't get out of. It's nice to see Buffalo forced quarterback changes in both games. A rare division sweep for Buffalo. It's nice that they are still in it but with games @DEN, GB and @NE the odds are next to nothing.
