Unfortunately (if that is your feelings) he is a part of a union that agreed to those terms. It's no different than any other work place in America with a drug and alcohol abuse policy. It is the employers right to put those policies in place.
Whether or not you agree with the policy, Josh Gordon did agree to it. And he did not follow it. He is in the substance abuse program for a reason.
Simply put, he chose drugs and alcohol over his career, team, fans, and potentially 100 million dollars. He wasn't taking a political stand, he screwed up (again) and thought he wouldn't get caught. No matter how you slice it or excuses you want to make, it's 100% on him... he is wrong.
