Ken Flo is talking some smack in this countdown show. Talking about how he is going to "kill the master" and how "it is time for the student to become the master" and what not, cameraman tells BJ about what Ken Flo has said and BJ responds, "did he really say this shit?" while laughing.

I've been a huge BJ fan for a while since my older brother used to train at the same place with him years and years ago, before BJ was in the UFC, but like W2B said I can't stand how he makes excuses or just always shows up in terrible shape for the biggest fights of his career.

I'm rooting for him but I would never put any money on BJ because I can't trust his work ethic.

Penns cardio is usually pretty good at 155, its when he goes up a weight class or 4 that he gets into trouble. He went 3 full rounds with Sherk and didnt seem gassed at all

that doesnt make sense. It's when you cut weight that you get tired. The only reason when moving up is if you spend your whole time training for muscle, and no cardio, and then you're just stupid
