The Chonan defeat was 5 years ago, actually happened after the GSP loss to Matt Hughes.

He got scared of Okami in 06..

Fedor would've proven something to me if he had fought Barnett and beat him. Hyping up AA and Tim Sylvia doesn't make me look at Fedor in a different light, when both of them are has beens. Fedor is the best HW in the world, P4P? Not so much.

Look who GSP has fought and beaten. Penn, Alves, Koscheck, Fitch, Serra, Trigg, Parisyan, Sherk. I don't think I even need to mention Silva, who hasn't lost a fight since 2004 and who has been constantly tested. So much that he will be beating Dan Hendersons ass again in his next title defense.
Oh I see... So beating Cro Cop, Nog, Coleman, Randleman etc while they were in their prime in dominating fashion doesn't count, By the way, Arlovski's departure was due to a contract dispute/the lack of respect & attention Zuffa gave him while he was nearing the last fight in his contract (I also believe his last fight was in the undercard) Plus, he also wanted to fight the best HW in the world.

P.S. It's not that the HW's now & back then were/are not good, Fedor is just that damned good.

        'til next time

Freak KO by Serra > Freak jumping fucking heel hook by Ryo.

Georges has lost twice his whole career.. the first time he made a terrible mistake of tapping with 1 second left on the clock, probably because his arm was about to snap. Credit to Hughes.. but GSP avenged as said. The other was a freak KO to Matt Serra.. maybe Georges underestimated him, I dont know.. but everyone and their mother knew it was a fluke. Georges absolutely destroyed him the next time out.

Silva's been submitted by Takase.. and he was the victim of the the greatest submission in MMA history. He also had to use an illegal move against Okami due to fear of death at the hands of the Japanese warrior.

Arlovski left the UFC because he heard Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin were coming and he didnt want his face to end up like Humpty Dumpty.

I know you're being sarcastic, but to those who think you're serious...

Arlovski plays russian roulette do you really think this guy cares what happens to his noggin.

P.S. we all know Andrei can't take more than 2 blows.

Well saying that its crazy for me to put Silva ahead of Fedor is stupid. I'm not the only one who thinks that, shit check sherdog.

Silva is now the only man in MMA to beat a top 5 fighter at that weight class. Thats a hell of a feat, specially now-a-days when MMA is bigger then ever.

Sherdog?, I've been posting in sherdog for about 3 years now & it's a shame that place has become troll-central & sherdog has banned almost everyone who actually has any bit of knowledge when it comes to MMA - Forrest is or WAS from what you're saying a God in sherdog not too long ago, like Kuzzy said. TUF noobs now have a new messiah - he goes by the name of Anderson Silva & he hails from Curitiba, Brazil.

p.s. I haven't been to sherdog in months, Jeff Sherwood is a tyrant.

Well Forrest did beat Shogun and Rampage back-2-back. So he isn't exactly a push over, even though he looked like shit last night.

Truth, BUT! In all fairness he beat an injured Shogun. A healthy Shogun would eat his lunch 365 24/7.

After last night, I can't name anyone who can't beat Griffin. Dude was swinging and couldn't hit the broad side of the barn.

If that's the case, the same can be said about Rashad Evans & we all know that's far from the truth.

Its just that guys like Machida and Silva are elite.. they're on a different level of mixed martial arts. Rashad and Forrest are great fighters.. but when you're talking elite you're talking Penn, GSP, Silva, Machida, Fedor.. I think the champs we got now are going to hold it down for a while.

Its amazing that people are already doubting Machida again now against Shogun when we all know that Machida is a samurai warrior jedi mother fucker... Shogun struggled against a fucking 50 year old Mark Coleman.

Machida will yam his food. Shogun can be wreckless and Machida will make him eat knee for it.
