Im anxiously awaiting And1 trying to dodge the Flurry of Vitor punches. Like I said in the other thread itll look like the Matrix subway scene.

If you do this fight you do it now. Vitor could regress into boring Vitor at any moment why risk it.

No problem with Nate vs Hendo. Hendo already lost so did Nate , no reason either should get a right away shot at And1. Face each other then see.
Best reason to have a license.

Well then I guess you don't mind crow being a large part of your diet these days. You've gotten used to it by now I suppose.

Vitor will not be able to take Anderson Silva standing. He's going to press-in too hard, which will be a huge mistake against Silva and he's going to get KO'd by a sweet counter.

I have many opinions, I guess I cant win them all, lol

Remeber though, I was saying Fedor was going to sign with Strikeforce a month before Afflliction got cancelled, thats skills right there, no one seen that coming, I dont know what it has to do with this topic, but oh well, I'll take it!

Yeah I'm just talking about your history with picking fights, specifically Anderson Silva fights. You know/knew Silva wasn't going to lose, but for some reason it seems like you'd like to see him be beat.

I dont know why I keep picking against Silva, its just my thing now I guess, lol

It's just recently I have been picking against Silva, it hasnt been all the time, probably since Hendo, I dont think I picked against him when he fought Rich, Cote, Irvin, Thales, etc...maybe I picked Nate though, cant remember

Hendo was a good pick though, I could see him winning a fight against Silva, he did win a round, so thats something

I havent picked Main Events well lately, but I have picked fights well in the past, I just dont like always picking the favorites, kind of boring

remember though, even though I did pick Forrest to win, but I did say he cant get caught early and has a suspect chin which did happen, but I take my L like a man

Great, just when Vitor has a good head of steam. I want to see Vitor get back to form, not get wrecked by And1.
So, metaphorically speaking, our physiology basically has the universe mapped out and you're thinking it needs to be taught addition & subtraction.

Vitor Belfort earns Karate blue belt

Last Saturday, TATAME.com went to Kobukan gym, in Rio de Janeiro, to watch a historical moment in the martial arts history. In Master Tanaka’s academy, Vitor Belfort was graduated for the first time in the Karate, art that he started training in last few months for the fight against Rich Franklin. The UFC fighter received the belt from his coach, the black belt Vinício Antony.

“The idea with this blue belt is bring Vitor to the martial art context, where he’ll have to grow. Besides the status he has in MMA, he’s just a beginner here, but he’s virtuous and learns very easily, develops what he learns very fast and has a lot of fights, what will make his way to the black belt shorter”, commented Vinício.

Vitor took the class normally like all the athletes in the gym and, after the training, he earned the blue belt and commented the conquest to TATAME.com. “It’s a very important acquisition to me. We need to have a base in everything we do in life, so I’m creating my base and I’m having a lot of fun. I’m very happy to learn a new martial art and I’m very satisfied to meet Master Tanaka, a legend in this sport”, commented the new Karate blue belt.

                        THIS.

You want to make money off Vitor while you can.

And1 is shook by the phenom

Vitor Belfort - "I don't know what hapenned, he seemed upset or nervous, I don't know. We were face to face, but we didn't greet each other. Some people like to stare down, but when the fight is on it doesn't matter who can hold the stare the longest. I won the heavyweight tournament and the light heavyweight championship, and I want to be called a UFC champion again. (...) Anderson is really dangerous and has all these wepons, but I have a good chance, and I'm working on a strategy to beat him."

Isn't Belfort the one who didn't want the fight?

This whole fight pisses me the fuck off. Marquardt must be one of the most underrated Middleweight's in the World...I mean who else does this guy have to beat to get another shot? Time and time again, we've seen fighters get title shots not longer after their first but yet Marquardt has to completely beat up the whole weight class again to get his. He's pummeled ever opponent since his first crack at Silva and you know what...he got fucked on that decision loss to Leites.

Vitor is great, love the dude, awesome fighter but its not fair that Vitor is suddenly motivated to fight again, beats up a washed up Rich Franklin and then handed the title shot on a silver fucking platter. There goes Dana with his "buddy-buddy" decision making again.

Marquardt should have gotten the title shot a while ago. He wasnt ready the first time he fought Silva, but he's a much better fighter now. As of right now, I would say he's the #2 Middleweight in the UFC. Rob can take his Vitor love and shove it, I'm using the same logic that allows him to put Aoki as the #1 LW in defense of Marquardt as the #2 MW. Vitor hasnt fought enough yet to prove that he deserves a title shot while Marquardt has. Nate was supposed to be first in line, the Dana put the Hendo/Bisping winner ahead of him, now Vitor, who's next? Give the guy his shot. No offense intended Rob.
