    Damn, we are missing on some pretty good homer drama without this thread!

    I'm still a big Packers fan but don't see how they can go into Minnesota on Monday night and come out with a win. Favre will not let the chance to get back at Thompson pass him by.

              Oops sorry, could mods correct it?

              As fo the game, if emotions are involved in this game, this could be just like the game after his father's death.

                I wasn't too confident going into the week. Then I started getting shit from all the Viking fans. Oddly enough, having to defend GB and listen to their absurd comments boosted my confidence.

                I just get the feeling the Packers are due for a big game here. I also think Favre will be a little over excited and throw 2 picks. Packers win a close game 28-24.

                Aside from the obvious OLine needing to play better and the D needing to play the run better, Packers need to get off to quick start. If they can get up on the Vikings early, I think they win. I pray to god McCarthy brings back the quick slant this week. Its been our bread and butter for 3 years now but has been noticeably missing this year.

                  this aint no college game.
                  Favre wont be the least bit over excited. Once the ball is kicked off ,its just another game.

                    Clearly you haven't seen Favre play before. He has had a tendency to get over excited and throw some dumb passes in big games. That's not to say he always does, but he certainly has numerous times in the past.

                    And don't be ridiculous, no matter what either team and it's players say, this is not just another game to these teams.

                          Rodgers is 3x better than Favre, the numbers prove it.

                            lol.
                            "From the time he hits the court, he plays at a competitive level that you rarely see," Popovich says. "He does the exact same things that Kobe (Bryant) does, that Michael Jordan did.

                              Rodgers = 12 Favre = 4

                              12 is 3x greater than 4. Simple mathematics.
