This is why I hate dying markets. The people of Phoenix have known their team is up for sale, and lack of people at the games is a big reason. So stop crying about "oh the team is moving" and go to the game, support the team and show it can be played there. Even more when your team makes the playoffs now, and is a fairly decent team.

Except attendance was not the reason quebec couldn't keep the team.

They had finacial problems mainly due to the shitty canadian dollar and the government didn't think subsidizing a team with millionaires on it was the brightest move in the world.

Its the same reason the Senators almost lost their team a few years ago.
