11 you need a TD with the 2 points + FG
12 you need a TD + TD
13 you need a TD + TD

All are still technically 2 posession games.

True, but scoring a TD w/ 2 point & a FG is a lot easier than 2 TDs. That's what the OP was trying to say. Which I agree..
