        She's just a kid - only 16 - she didn't write the song or had anything to do with it other than sing it.

                                    In Canada we don't give a shit about this, the law is very lax towards it, it's really not a big deal.

                                    Hence the 2nd picture of Montgomery slamming back a pitcher in public while being escorted by police...they just don't care cause it's not a big deal.
