      lol whatever bruh.

Hank is no Miller time. Not only does Miller carry the team, but he actually carries them to the postseason.

Then you got guys like Del Zotto and Staal on the D.

I bet Miller could take the gers to the playoffs.

I've taught you better than that.

If Hank was more consistent game to game he'd be #1. His reflexes are as good as anyone's. Of course it's hard to be consistent when you're asked to be consistently spectacular. It's all good when Staal and Girardi are on the ice together but any other pairing and it's all up to the goalie.

On the other hand he does tend to put his sub-par performances away come playoff time so get it up ye.

You could make the statement that if Lundqvist wasn't as good as he is the Rangers would be last place, but the I could say that if Brian Elliott didn't play well this year we would have had a top 5 pick.

14-16 .907% and 2.66 are hardly much to get hard over. When Nabokov's numbers shit on your own numbers, you're shit.

Best Rangers playing with Hank in playoffs years ... 2005-6 Jagr, Nylander, Straka, Ruchinsky, Prucha, Rucchin, Sykora ... 2006-7 Jagr, Nylander, Straka, Shanahan, Cullen ... 2007-8 Jagr, Gomez, Drury, Shanahan, Straka, Dubinsky ... 2008-9 Gomez, Zherdev, Drury, Naslund

For the most part, we're talking about past-prime but still very good Jagr and a bunch of 40-70 point players. In that last year, our highest scorer had 58 points.

How did we even manage to win a few rounds? Must be down to all that offensive firepower because our goalie has such sub-par numbers.

So what makes those scrubs any different than the underachievers in front of Nabby?

Scoring goals has nothing to do with stopping the puck.

Furthermore, you traded in your Canucks fandom for Ranger fandom in 2008, stop pretending like you've been a fan for years.

If only we kept kipper instead, although a San Jose vs Tampa Bay cup final woulda been fuckin hilarious. Worst ratings ever?

Those scrubs in front of Nabokov were undoubtedly a talented enough team to win the Cup if they didn't bottle it every year. Your squad has been leagues above the Rangers squads over the years. The Sharks undoubtedly underachieved by not winning the Cup. The Rangers main underachievement was scoring 100 points in the regular season then losing in 4 in Round 1. Other than that we've been about as successful as could be expected.

They didn't even score goals. 1 goal versus New Jersey, 2.1 goals vs Buffalo, 2.4 goals vs Pittsburgh, 1.57 goals versus Washington. Best defenceman through these years, Michal Rozsival. Staal in 2008-9 only.

                          Just throwing this out there....

                          05/06 Reg Season .922% 2.24
                          05/06 Playoffs .835% 4.41

                          06/07 Reg Season .917% 2.34
                          06/07 Playoffs .924% 2.07

                          07/08 Reg Season .912% 2.23
                          07/08 Playoffs .909% 2.57

                          08/09 Reg Season .916% 2.43
                          08/09 Playoffs .908% 3.00

3/4 playoff trips = decreased performance. guess they should score more goals to prevent those 3.00+ GAA's.

                            Lies, damned lies, and statistics.

To me these numbers show just how inferior the Rangers are in that that Henrik plays his best games in the playoffs, we still get pummeled, and the numbers end up looking like our goalie was poor.
