You guys are trippin this isn't Dana being shady, this is just life. That's how things work just about anywhere. Want a pay raise? You better be in good standing with your boss and performing to HIS expectations (not your own), otherwise don't expect any extra rewards. Seriously if you under perform at your job you think the argument that 'well I deserve a bonus by default, I'm the only guy at this position' is going to fly? Doesn't matter if you're the only guy or not you still have to meet your boss' expectations. This isn't kindergarten, everyone doesn't get a sticker just for showing up.
