They usually step in to get paid. I don't know what type of camp he was currently in but, it definitely wasn't one where he was training for a tough HW fight. You have to go through a legit training camp in order to be in your peak shape, and TUF is continuing proof of that. Rarely do guys perform well when stepping in this late against a good opponent. Elite fighters have struggled on late notice.

I don't think the card was ever depleted. The main 3 fights are better than most of the free events that the UFC puts together. I want to see Big Foot fight, but I want it to be a real fight.

Kyle is more than likely in shape, but he isnt ready for Big Foot at HW, all his fights have been at LHW recently

I think some of you guys overthink 'training camps' though, a lot of these guys just train, they don't have 2 month camps and gameplan for every fight, my point is Big Foot vs Kyle doesnt do much for either of them and squashes a Kyle LHW title/contender fight

If Big Foot wants to fight and make money, but him against someone else, give him a scrub to beat on

Hendo vs Babalu
Feijao vs Hendo/Babalu winner
Feijao vs Mousasi
Feijao vs Kyle
Mousasi vs Kyle
Kyle vs Roger Gracie

Until some other guys get in the mix, these are the fights, after the Hendo vs Babalu fight that knocks 1 guy off, if Kyle gets squashed than that hurts his LHW stock
