MMA needs to change fight scoring...

The 10-point boxing round is archaic and is a very poor method to scoring a fight.

    I demand immediate change.

    All with me...say AY.

    All oppose...kill yourself.

I don't mind it, but judges need to be more willing to give scores other than 10-9. No judge likes to go out on a limb. Also, we need to have the Pride carding system, imo.

The 10 point system is fine, what needs to be changed is the length and amount of rounds in order to allow for better scoring.

          That's not happening. We're set on 3/5 and 5/5

What needs to change is promote the use of 10-8s and 10-10s

I've always preferred the idea of scoring the entire fight instead of rounds, but if you must stick with the 10-point must system, judges need to stop being pussies and be more liberal with 10-10 and 10-8 scoring. They are too scared to give a round a draw for some reason.

LOL at the idea of the PRIDE carding system coming stateside. No fucking way with some of these incompetent refs.

I keep saying it, the refs and judges are going to ruin this sport in the US

When one of the owners of the 'big leagues' is a former NSAC guy you know there will be problems

oh be quiet with your conspiracy talk

What about California's dickish rule that penalizes judges who differ from the norm. So even if 2 judges get a fight scored wrong and 1 is correct, the 1 judge will get it held against him.

Judging needs to be overhauled, period. Lorenzo Fertitta has nothing to do with it.

I love how no one can connect the dots between Fertitta's, the NSAC, the refs, the judges, etc...

Well, lets see, the former commissioner of the NSAC who know runs the UFC who's fights take place under the NSAC rules, yeah, there is no connection there with the UFC, ref's, judges, etc...

Former CSAC Armando Garcia who now works for stations casino's which the Fertitta's own there is no issue there and connection

Well, you're simply restating their job histories.

                              What's your point?
