Well, it was a one match show.

    Taker and HHH was awesome.

Everything else was meh. Rhodes and Mysterio had a decent match. Edge/Del Rio was okay with a surprise fucking finish (wtf?). The main event was all about the post-match and I guess they had to work around it since it wasn't a NO DQ match. Expected Rock to cost Cena.

I watched two matches of this shitfest. My thoughts:

HHH/Undertaker: Awful, boring, predictable. Typical HHH snoozefest where......he......works.....really......slow....a nd......does.....the.......same.....old......shit. Ultra super lame that they did an injury gimmick with Undertaker, just to give HHH his heat back. HBK did two CLEAN jobs, yet this m'fer can't just do a job, roll out of the ring, and concede the spotlight? HHH is such a mark for himself. What a loser.

Two people and Snooki vs. Three people: Did I just watch Snooki do a Great Muta backhandspring elbow? Yes, yes I did. AWESOME.

people think HHH/Taker was a good match? i mean there were a few spots here and there but the final half of the match was dreadful. hit a finisher/kick out/both guys lay on the floor for 5 minutes then repeat about 4 times.

It wasn't about HHH w2B. It was about Taker being pushed to his limit with his broken body and still doing what he's always done. The injury aspect I take it as reasoning for why he won't be on TV for the next several months.

It was a great match. HHH pulling everything he had out to stop him and it wasn't enough. Just like the first match with Shawn, he made ONE mistake and it cost him.

                It was that bad.

Look at what they did to the titles.

                No IC Title Match
They bump the US Title match to curtain jerker lumberjack match that turns into a battle royal.
World Heavyweight title goes on first to a below average match.
Your WWE Championship match ends in a double DQ, only to be restarted by someone who has no authority and completely jobs the title out to a guy who won't be there after Monday might.

                So bad.

The underneath titles haven't meant shit in years, so it's hardly something to pissed about. Though when I read Daniel Bryan's match was likely to be bumped earlier in the weekend, that sucked. As it turned out, they gave the 8 man probably 5 minutes including entrances that was useless.

As for this, the match sucked. But the booking wasn't awful. It gets heat on Miz b/c no doubt, he'll go around boasting about pinning Cena. Meanwhile, it continues the Cena/Rock feud which undoubtedly will conclude in a match sometime in the future.

I know you don't like HHH, but that match was solid. Not quite as good as HHH-Taker I, but it was good. I was expecting shenanigans to finish it (Michaels interfering on behalf of Taker), and got an Anderson Silva - Chael Sonnen finish. Can't be mad at that, even if HHH held on a little too long.

                        CG nailed it.

Two guys slowly (SLOWLY) building to an endless series of finishers, where the entire world knows you are getting a kickout, then laying on the mat for 5 minutes before rinse/repeat.

Maybe it's just not my cup of tea. Actually, I know its not my cup of tea. It just does absolutely nothing for me. I give them credit because they know they can get away with doing next to nothing, because 70,000 people will eat it up anyway. So in that respect, it was well worked. Doesnt mean I have to like it. I was bored.

If when HHH drops the sledgehammer, he drops his hand and the ref checks him, then stops the match...it's better. Regardless, it's right up there with the second Shawn/Taker match.

I watched the first Shawn/Taker match the other day, perhaps because it's fresh in my mind, but tonight's match is better.

You despise WWE's main event style.

On that stage though, with those guys, it works.

HHH did everything he could to get himself over, and not Undertaker. He pulled a Hogan. He's a douche.
