Scottish League - anyone give a shit? honestly?

It's a shit version of the PremierLeague. Motherwell are 7th and have a point more than the team in 6th. That makes shit loads of sense.

It does make a lot of sense, congratulations on incidentally getting that correct. Not a good idea for every league. An absolutely fucking fantastic idea for the SPL. Nobody wants to see the league won against some shit team like St Mirren. It's added to the drama every year, this season we beat Celtic to go above them then a few days later drew with Hibs to give Celtic the initiative. This weekend we had to beat one of our toughest rivals and Celtic were held to a draw. This kind of seesaw title race almost certainly would not have happened if the Old Firm were playing the bottom six at this stage of the year.

As for the overall quality of the league, what can I say? I just love the technical aspect of the diving and the insane fans trying to kill each other just makes the football on the pitch so much better. :?:

I'll be watching Fulham to see if they can qualify for the UEFA Cup. They've had a nice turnaround this year. They almost completely overhauled their roster, and they now play a very cerebral, defensive game.

I hope Fulham make it , but to be correct its the Europa League as of next season

I'm glad you're enjoying your wank, 2 team league. The diving isn't the only thing Italian teams do better. They do just about everything better to do with technique, it's a less physical league. If I wanted shitty physical messes I'd watch Rugby.

Well, the guy from Scotland does. Otherwise I think most people that post in here try to get as much footy as possible. I'll watch anything. Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Eredivise, whatever. Shit, if they played Slovak second division games on the internet, I'd probably watch those too.

Speaking of Bundesliga, it is going to be an interesting weekend. Three teams can still win it, with Wolfsburg favorities. All they need is a point against Werder to wrap it up. The teams in Munich will be monitoring scores closely, because if VfB slips up, the winner of Bayern/Stuttgart will be crowned champion. You can't hope for more drama than that. I know I'll be up watching those games

Diving effectively wins you free kicks, penalties. The ability to change a game. Everyone does it now anyway.

I apologise for assuming that when I was talking about Inter Milan, I was also talking about all Serie A teams. So when I said that Inter Milan has had problems in the Champions League, I should have known that my point was invalid because AC Milan won the Champions League a couple years ago.

They've "won" four straight titles now because they were given the first 2.

The third was won while Milan started on -8 points and Juventus were relegated.

The fourth was Jose Mourinho's work, but he couldn't win the Champions League with
those pieces of shit.

So Inter can win the Scudetto (and thus beat all the other 'amazing' Italian teams), but those players are shit?

What happens next year when AC are being coached by the walking train wreck known as Van Basten (Ajax worked out well) and an aging Juventus? Especially if Mourinho gets who he wants (Milito, Motta, etc).
