Also some of the challenges on Luis that weren't even called fouls were diabolical, the media are really influencing refs I feel, it's getting out of order.

Remember that time in 2011 when we went to Kilmarnock and won the league in 7 minutes in high definition?

I felt like the Scouse played City off the pitch today. But I still dont think that they are elite, and it also showed that City are not invisible.

Weird weekend of football. United, Arsenal, City, and Liverpool (the last two obviously) draw. Barcelona and Bayern lost. Barcelona went down 1-0 but really should have won. Bayern lost 3-2 to Mainz in a match where they dominated possession but didn't really create much. The goals from Mainz were some nice ones. Inter won in Italy but they continue to struggle.

Glad Bayern have lost the last two weeks, the Bundesliga title race should be pretty good.

:youmad: we showed how not to get beat 6-1 at home :redsmug:

Outplayed Chelsea, Arsenal, Scumchester and City, we are up there just need a bit more consistency. And before you mention Spurs, Charlie shouldn't have been sent of and it got out of hand fast was never a level playing field.

Hahahaha. If im mad then youre a moron. I said, i thought the scouse played City off the pitch.

You can brag about outplaying who you want. Results matter. United outplayed Newcastle, but only got a point.

I can read, you also said we weren't among the elite, 8 points from 12 against the 4 CL representatives is not a result, no?

No mention yet of Gary Speed passing. He was a good player, hard worker, and seemed to have Wales on the right track. Apparently Shay Given was in tears at the start of the Villa match today from their time together at Newcastle. I enjoyed watching his time at Sheffield Utd as he wound down his career.

Most capped outfield player in Welsh history. Won the last First Division title with Leeds. Great player all around

                        RIP Gary

Edit - NM, I saw it got a brief mention a page back before Liverpool and United fans got in to a pissing match.

Liverpool deserved the points from that match. I was worried while watching that City wasnt going to hang on. Thankfully, Joe Hart had the last word.

One of the few athlete deaths that have really affected me. Came so out of nowhere, and his future with Wales looked so promising. I even had vague hopes of managing NUFC one day, (Lee Clark as well). I think it's really hit hard for most because he was the first to die out of the first Premier League generation, almost every fan currently can remember him playing.

I remember him more with Bolton than Newcastle, as that was right at the point I started watching the Prem. Crazy. Guess it just goes to show that you can never really know what's going on in someone's life...
