Impact could get top indy guys if they threw some decent money their way.

Yeah but going through Gut Check implies that you are beneath their level. Why would a top guy do this?

Speaking of Gut Check, that 18 year old kid they had, Evan Markopoulous, is going to be training in OVW and paid by TNA

TNA doesn't make enough money to pay anyone decent money in the middle or at the bottom of the card and is a step back in pay for most Indy guys.

Their big developmental signings are often ex-WWE developmental talent or middle of the road Indie talent.

Hell, even Aries, who was a legit top Indie guy, was on his last legs in the Indies...he was about to quit and go do something else after the WWE turned him down for Tough Enough and he went to TNA as a last ditch effort.

The biggest draw to signing with TNA is you maintain your independent contractor status so you can still book yourself as you please. That would be the only reason I'd see a top indie draw even consider TNA

You have to assume it's a work, the argument between Bryan/HHH. Sure, Bryan looked extremely pissed off when they stopped it, so perhaps that gives credence that it could have legit happened....but I don't trust WWE.com.

Sounds like something real that they are just working into this program Bryan is in.

I'm with Larry, it's like I said on the podcast, I think it really happened and since they ended up working it out pretty quickly they decided to weave it into the storyline.

If it were 100% work they would have filmed the argument.

Given the realize guerrilla nature of the video it strikes me as a shoot that turned into a work when they realized they could play it into storyline.

You all have ruined wrestling for me. You all exposed me to things better than WWE and now everywhere I turn I can't help but be disgusted by WWE fans. This facebook group I'm on is actually talking up how RVD is a great signing for WWE and he should be pushed high up the card.

Guess those people will be disappointed when they learn RVD has a limited schedule.

When I criticized the hire I was blasted for being a hater by the same group of people who make 50 anti John Cena comments every Monday night.
