Imagine the pop if Daniel Bryan had come out at #30 ... hell, Bray Wyatt at 29, then Bryan at 30. They could have salvaged this with Roman Reigns winning legit, but of course they're too stupid and go for the old guy who can't wrestle and will bore the hell out of everyone at WM. And they should have started the show with Cena-Orton ... those two got killed trying to follow up the first two matches. The Big Show-Lesnar dragged on a bit, but was more interesting than Cena-Orton ... and, suffice to say, Wyatt-Bryan killed both, but at least the fans weren't booing during Big Show-Lesnar and seemed legitimately into the event. Cena-Orton. Ugh. Cena can work with the good workers, but Orton ain't one of them.

They should be looking to pull out all the stops for WM this year because after all, it's more important in the business sense than usual. They're "giving" it away with the start of the WWE Network deal, so it's in their best interests to get as much interest in the product as possible between now and April.

So, what screams EPIC LEVELS OF EXCITEMENT?

RANDY ORTON & BIG DAVE OF COURSE!

Nope, they are just completely tone deaf.

Forget Orton/Cena, we knew nobody cared about that.

The Rumble match layout was pretty bad and showed how tone deaf they really are. I have no problem with Bryan not being in the match because they never said he would be. The problem is they were too stupid to realize that they put Sheamus, Mysterio, and Batista in a death spot but not only not delivering Bryan, but having those guys come in late when people were getting nervous about not getting him. As a result, Sheamus looked like a geek for his big return, and Batista looked like a geek for winning.

Should have called an audible at around #20 when it was obvious they were getting nervous about Bryan. They wanted Reigns when Bryan never came out, so give 'em Reigns. You have two months to book yourself out of it.

They are a tone deaf company, and tonight they paid.

              I'd rather see a Hogan/Piper rematch.

              From today.

After Piper spends the night in Alcatraz again and Hogan has to spend half his match check on alimony he owes to Linda.

Having Reigns win wouldn't have salvaged anything...the crowd wanted anyone BUT Batista to win it. Crowd would have popped for Erick Rowan if he was the last one left with Batista.

Usually RR is one of the better PPVs but dissapointed in the quality.

They were chanting for Reigns after they were through booing Sheamus. And he's getting the rocket pack anyway. But yeah, pick anybody you want, but they should have audibled out of that finish. Make it a heel for fucks sake so the boos look natural.

Of course, with their shitty booking, they don't have any real heels the crowd enjoys seeing get his ass kicked.

I've never seen a crowd do this at a Royal Rumble before (boo the match after the 30th entry and boo the face winner). WWE fucked up like Empire said. The main event of Wrestlemania is gonna be a shit show.

Those late spots were where they should have put guys like Sandow, Ziggler, etc. in. Either guys they want getting boo'd for any reason or guys that maybe the crowd pops for just because. They couldn't have had a worse final four guys come out (Del Rio, Batista, Langston, and Mysterio). And, you were right...around #20, the crowd collectively realized Bryan probably isn't coming out and that last 9 guys or so...nothing. And it couldn't have been a group of guys the crowd cared less about.

They do but the WWE books them as faces.
