Dibiase and Rhodes should be beating Orton within an inch of his life every single week on RAW. That would put sympathy on Orton (to trun him face), and make people think, "geez, i'd really like to see Orton get his hands on one of these guys one on one...those cowardly scroundrels!"

But in the WWE, only big stars are allowed to beat the other big stars within an inch of their life. That's why no one new gets over, unless the fans really force their hand, like they did with CM Punk.

Yeah exactly. They had the sympathy going with Cody/Ted a few months back, I remember when Cody pushed Orton down in February and the crowd went insane because he was seen as the runt who was finally sticking up for himself.

Next week he was by his side, with absolutely zero reference to what happened last week and now they want the dominant guy to be the face.

      ............:tocktock:

the Dominant guy is a face.....0rton's been getting face pops since The Royal Rumble
The crowd has been indifferent to Legacy since...survivor series?
Dibiase and Rhodes havent been pushed as faces and theyre Bitch lackeys...hard to cheer for that
as for 0rton, WWE crowds just love to cheer assholes

But they could've attempted to combat that with the general audience. Of course you're going to have your older crowd cheering on the dick Orton, that's fine... happens all the time.

But they've given the general audience absolutely zero reason to cheer for Rhodes/Ted. While I don't think either are worth a damn, they could've easily done the Virgil/Ted Dibiase route where despite the lackey being pretty worthless you can still get a few good programs out of the lackey trying to take down his "boss".

This program will be done after Wrestlemania and never heard from again... that's a giant waste of a stable.

            Someone is leaving before long.

Hogan is either bolting or Panda Energy is or something.

They are getting 1.0 ratings, which they were doing 2 years ago with double the payroll, on Spike's biggest night.

            That can't continue.

Morrison is terribly miscast as a babyface. He's the type of guy who should always be a heel.

Totally agree on McIntyre & Sheamus. Sheamus is kinda starting to get over, but McIntyre is just a pile of suck. He's HHH's workout buddy, and his hand picked "superstar of the future", so get used to him on top.

The Kofi de-push is something that should be surprising, but really isnt. He was hot, and like dozens before him, they let him cool off.

                Emphasized.

He is a natural arrogant dick, because he is a natural athlete...you just need to turn up his heelishness and let him go.

He is actually quite good as a heel...as a face...blah.

He is much better off as John Morrison than I thought he'd be after they changed it up from Nitro.

I think McIntyre is another workout buddy with Sheamus and HHH. That's what I've heard before.

They refuse to let guys get their own cheers/heat. They want everything manufactured and under their control. It's sad really. They weren't ready for Kofi to be a star, and even though the crowd reacted as such, they just wouldn't let it happen.

                    Sad really.

                      Kofi got MVP'd...

he had star quality, he was good in the ring, he had "IT"
and the WWE beat it out of him...

Swagger was getting hot in ECW, Kofi was hot coming off the Orton angle, Borne was way over before they jobbed him out.

I have no idea what they see in Sheamus, or especially McIntyre. Why they got the spots they did instead of someone like Swagger, who is a thousand times better than either of them, is mind boggling.

Which is crazy, because the lisp can be used to their advantage.

Swagger has unique heel charisma. McIntyre reminds me of one of those generic create-a-wrestler templates on a video game.

I hear nothing....literally....nothing, when he comes out. People barely give enough a shit to boo. Forget a babyface not getting cheers, getting heel heat is about the single easiest fucking thing there is to do, and neither Sheamus or McIntyre get any. Unless, like I said, the other guy they are involved with is John Cena, John Morrison, or Triple H.

There's no heat, there's legit "i fucking hate you" ala Michael Cole heat, and then there's typical pro wrestling heat. I don't see any of these new guys that Vince is so hard for, getting much of any of the aforementioned varieties.

                                Do you?
Sheamus does not struggle to draw heat. The kids that watch wrestling these days dont know about the so called "Michael Cole heat line". They just disllike Sheamus, period.
