"Sometimes I just want to be with my family and watch movie and eat some popcorn. But when I step on the mat I know there is no other place I'd rather be." - Marcelo Garcia
Swagger was getting hot in ECW, Kofi was hot coming off the Orton angle, Borne was way over before they jobbed him out.
I have no idea what they see in Sheamus, or especially McIntyre. Why they got the spots they did instead of someone like Swagger, who is a thousand times better than either of them, is mind boggling.
I dont give a fuk about McIntyre.....But his theme is catchy...

So I was watching Sting v. Hogan Starrcade '97, and it got me thinking:
What do you see could be TNA's "Sting-Hogan"? What I mean by that is what feud could you forsee them doing with the roster they have currently that could be a huge hit and be a great, original storyline?
Watched Wrestlemania 7 on 24/7...very underrated show. A LOT of fluff on the show (Demolition burial, Taker's first WM, Quake over Valentine, Von Erich, The Mountie, LOD and Perfect/Bossman) but some solid stuff, too.
The opening tag between the Rockers & Barbarian/Haku was great.
Bulldog/Warlord was a nice big man match.
The Nasty's tag title win was a solid tag team match. Hart Foundation dropped the belts and Bret began his singles push a few months later (Summer Slam).
Virgil's first match and while he was rough, he had a lot of athleticism and crowd support. Crazy how they built that whole angle for probably 4 years before this payoff (granted, Virgil went nowhere but it was fun).
Hogan/Slaughter was surprisingly fun. A nice Hogan brawl and the crowd was hot.
The match of the show was Savage/Warrior without a doubt. Best on the show.
Fun match. Both men gave everything. Savage nailed 5 top rope elbows but Warrior kicked out. Warrior spoke to his hands and nailed Savage with 3 shoulder tackles, pinning him with a foot on his chest.
Kind of buried Savage with that but I guess they figured he really wouldn't be back so why not put Warrior over in such a big way (little did they know Warrior would be gone at Summer Slam).
Then the big post-match angle with Elizabeth saving Savage from Sherri. Off the top of my head, probably the 3rd big turn at Wrestlemania (Bret @ WM4, Andre @ WM6).

Austin drinking Coronas was funny. RIP Steveweisers. Austin did look in amazing shape though...damn...'roids are helluva drugs...
Now, SMH @ TNA. When was the last time Vince had a brand new guy come over from another company, and in their first match, fight the champion AND BEAT THEM?
Vince takes TNA crossovers, sticks'em on ECW and as curtain jerkers on Smackdown...TNA has WWE crossovers beat their homegrown champion rather cleanly in their first match.
